Purpose (QUALITY-STRATEGY.md §9, §10)
Section titled “Purpose (QUALITY-STRATEGY.md §9, §10)”Every release is backed by durable, archived evidence. A release is blocked unless current evidence exists for every critical requirement.

- requirement coverage report (all critical requirements with test references)
- invariant coverage report
- conformance suite results (all implementations)
- security scan results
- performance test results
- compatibility test results
- SBOM (software bill of materials)
- signed release artifacts

Section titled “Retention”Evidence is immutable after archival. Corrections produce new records referencing prior ones.
